A good Salesman can sell ices to Eskimo but it is very hard to sell anything to a salesperson (which is I). I found Rakib Zaman maintains a highly professional attitude in his dealings but in a friendly manner. His honesty made me feel good about him; I never felt he was pushing me to close the sale for the sake of selling only. Though he was my agent, I could consider him as one of my teammates who is working selflessly for my benefit, not so much worried about his commission. He has worn the shoes those I wear, that made me comfortable believing in his recommendations and guidance.

Rakib Zaman is an excellent real estate agent! He arranged endless houses for us to see. He was patient with myself and my father’s endless inquiry and helped us with every detail from beginning to end. He really knows Toronto and had great information about each area we looked at.

Very conveniently he has a great nose for mold and will tell you which ouse best meets your needs.

I wish I was in the market for more than 1 house just to keep working with him. He seems to work 24 hours, 7 days per week. Thank you for everything Rakib!

Message: I contacted several Realtors to help me buying a house to the Toronto/Scarborough area. Rakib Zaman was the only one to respond with suggestions to comply my requirements. I worked with him for more than 1 month. Sometimes, I became upset because the asking price of my preferred houses did not match with my budget. As a result, I tried to give up searching. But he always inspired me not to stop searching. He always advised that once I loose my tempo, it might hamper to buy a house in time and my dream will remain as dream always. Commercial relationship is not the destination. So, Mr. Rakib you make me and my family happy and finally, we are staying in our own house with a great peace of mind.
